WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted on Taking on a World of Words. WWW Wednesday is where you answer three questions based on your reading in the past week. It’s a meme I’ve seen on many blogs and I absolutely love to read them so I figured why not join in! I think it’ll be really interesting to see what I’m reading each week and have another place where I can keep track of it all.

What are you currently reading?

I tend to read multiple books at one time. I’m currently listening to the audiobook of The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern. I’m also physically reading An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir and Prince of Thorns by Mark Lawrence. So far, I’m about 25% through An Ember in the Ashes and really loving what I’ve read. I’m not as far along in the other two books as I would like to be, but I am loving what I’ve listened to of The Starless Sea. It’s thoroughly interesting but is taking a lot of concentration as it’s a very intricate and whimsically written story that I don’t want to miss a single detail.

What did you recently finish reading?

To Kill a Kingdom by Alexandra Christo. It’s pitched as a dark retelling of The Little Mermaid and it did not disappoint. You can expect a full review in the next week!

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m hoping to read We Hunt the Flame by Hafsah Faizal next, which has been sat gathering dust on my shelf since I brought it home in September. I’ve heard so many amazing things about this book that I’m extremely excited to pick this one up.
